Can you turn at will?  And you’re not going to be changing into a mermaid when you take a bath, will you? *lets out a small laugh at the thought* Sorry, I just have so many questions for you. I’ve never met a real mermaid before. *nods* Yes to both questions. It didn’t seem very far to get here… of course, I don’t remember getting here at all… *frowns, then shakes her head* It’s okay, though. I have so much planned for when I get out of here. 

Oh, no. I can control it. I mean, it is difficult at times but most of the time it is automatic. Having my actual tail is easy. I’m so used to it so having legs can be hard at times to control. But, if we aren’t in water our tail automatically turns to legs. Because our tails have to have water around them. I’ve never been out of the water for more than a day, so I never had a real human shower before. We wash ourselves under water but the showers up here are so different. I’m not even sure I know how to work one. So I guess I will find out tonight what happens when I shower. *laughs* Oh do not worry. Ask to your hearts desire! *pauses* So you don’t remember coming here? That’s odd. Wouldn’t you have had to be awake to get here on… an airplane? Sorry, I almost forgot what it was called. *Grins* It is good that you have so many plans for when you get out of here. As do I…

*smiles widely* It must be so different to be here. Are you used to your legs yet? I wouldn’t want you to go stumbling around. *lets out a small laugh* Oh, yes. There are different worlds and people who used to be animals and fairies and… it’s just magical here, surprisingly. Me? Oh, I’m from this kingdom in England, named Devolan. But here is my home now. 

*Laughs loudly* Oh I am okay with these things for now. I much rather prefer my tail but these will do for the time being. Besides, being on land is actually pretty daring. We were only “beached” by my father on very rare occasions. Magical you say? That is wonderful. England?! Oh goodness, that is so far! I’m sure I have been there maybe once… It was one of the most awful swims of my life *Shakes head, a small smile on her face* That is lovely Ella!
